Mr. Romy, as founder and chairman of Dimension SA, a consulting company specialized in company ownership transfer, is a recognized expert for mergers and acquisitions in Switzerland.
Between the end of 2003 and 2008, Mr. Romy contributed to the recovery of the Baumgartner industrial group as chief executive. He was also instrumental in various successful investments in the area of venture capital such as Global Data Trade, Endoart, Cytion and Mobile News Channel. He also contributed to the completion of a number of management buyout operations in Swiss industry, such as Cicorel (printed circuit boards), Microfil (medical supplies), Ciposa (special machinery), Elca Informatique (IT) and advised growing Swiss companies on how to raise capital (Precimed, Smart Telecom, TeleAlarm, Pro Concept).
